Gloucester Public Transportation Survey

CATA On Demand is a public transit service offered by the Cape Ann Transportation Authority that provides on demand transit service in most of Gloucester. Customers use an app on their mobile devices to book, pay, and track their rides. CATA On Demand runs from 6:30am-8:00pm Monday through Friday and is available in an area that covers a portion of Gloucester including East Gloucester, the downtown and waterfront district, Magnolia and West Gloucester to the 128 overpass, up Washington Street to the Willow Rest, and across the island to Good Harbor Beach.
